TextMate Dreamweaver Theme 2.0

A while back I posted a TextMate theme. Since then TextMate has undergone many updates, along with Mac OS. By the feedback on the last post I found that something has been going wrong with the required HTML bundle that I packaged with the theme. I tested, and fixed some regex matching in the bundle and have repackaged it as a new version.

Installation:

Unfortunately after I did all this, I still could not install the bundle by drag and drop onto TextMate. There is something wrong with installing delta bundles this way, and I’m not quite sure what. Something specified as delta, means it is not original, but rather something that has undergone an amount change. Anyway, what I also realized is that installation is successful as long as I put the bundle in the correct path manually.

Note: This is not required for the theme file. It installs with drag and drop just fine.

The following is the correct location for the bundle, if the directories do not exist, create them.

~/Library/Application Support/TextMate/Bundles/HTML.tmbundle

This is the second release, and it is as close as I could get without editing more bundles. If anyone makes any updates, I would appreciate it if you sent them to me so I may implement them as well.

Thanks and enjoy.

    Hi,

I can't install this, I get an error:
The bundle “HTML.tmbundle” does not contain the required “info.plist” file (or that file is corrupt) and can therefore not be installed.

I read the post, followed it and it didnt work. Eventually sorted it by editing the info.plist inside the bundle.

The PHP comment syntax (// and /*) were blue for me. So I commented out this block of XML:

    name
    php punctuation
    scope
    source.php punctuation – string – variable – meta.function
    settings

    foreground
    #05208C

Sorry, the plugin I was using is not supported anymore, and is no longer compatible. So for now downloads have been disabled until I can find the time to migrate to a new solution.
